It works great for my AR mod. The magnets cracked and broke. So I used this and it works wonderfully.

I bought a few hotsprings to use in different devices, they work exactly they way I expected them to. with a vamo, it fixed the heat issue on the bottom cap.

Some of the Vamo's were having problems with a bad spring, and this one was recommended as a replacement. With a little twist of the bottom coil, to enlarge the diameter, it fit perfectly into the Vamo's battery cap. Easy fix.

The vamos were originally sold with bad springs that got hot and ruined batteries, but this was the perfect fix.

You never know when you might need this. Sometimes I don't have time to clean one up when I clean the rest of the mod.
Never needed it yet, knock on wood ;)
