Easily fill and refill your tanks without removing your tank caps. Install new cartomziers without fear of damaging your orings, replace your cartomizers without removing your caps or your liquid.

Perfect for refilling your tanks, installing new cartomizers inside your tank and swapping cartos.

Install the filler adapter in place of your drip tip and push your carto through the bottom of the tank. Once the hole in your top cap is exposed fill with your liquid, push the carto back up through the tank, remove the filler, and replace your drip tip.
