After four months my original three of five Viva Nova 2 ml tanks started to fall apart at the top threads. The other two broke in accidental drops. There is a slight height difference from the four thread each side replacement heads and the newer two thread each side replacement heads. The extra height caused the top threads to break when tightened. The height of the replacements tanks was correct for the new two thread each side replacement heads. Filling a 'no view' metal tank requires a syringe to bring the liquid to top and then suck out a small amount to prevent overfill.
