What more can you say? 510 threaded connector. Works great for box mods. You can even use it to help with 510 threads that are cross-threaded. This thing is bulky enough to stay in place.

Not having a tab to solder a negative terminal to makes connecting it difficult, as does the small area between the nut and the connector so only it can only be mounted on pretty thin material. a longer threaded area and some place to solder to would make this alot better / easier to use imho.

well i have 3 z atty pros, but ony 2 provaris, plus i wanted to use the ZAP's with other devices, bought some cheapo chinese made adaptors, fot very loose worked but shabby, i saw and bought these you can feel the workmanship behind avid vapors products. machined like they knew what they were doing, will always, i repeat always look to avid vapor for these types of fittings.

No words can really describe how disappointed I am in general over the availability and quality of just about every modder's connector. They either have to be epoxied or the insulators are crap.
In this case, The avid connector can slip into any hole you make in your potential device and hold securely with the tightening of a nut.
While that solves 90% of my problems with most modding connectors, the insulator still causes the main drawback. It's squishy, it's not durable, it's crap and being a manufacturer myself, that causes a lot of returns for me on destroyed connectors, which then have to be epoxied internally to keep the pin fixed so customers can't overtighten and ruin their sockets.
While I wait for a solid solution or the perfect connector, these will "do"... but I know our community, even Cisco have the capability for something better.

Great adapter

The adapter is great. I got the sealed version. It is completely sealed so no juice will seep through and into your PV's 510 connector. Makes solid contact and does not cause any shorts or air flow issues. It also has a nut on the bottom of the 510 male connector to adjust tightness to the 510 female connection.
Works great on 510 atomizers and especially the cisco spec atties.

Exactly what I needed and works great for my application. I would also agree with Jeff's review stating a hex nut would be icing on the cake for this. Otherwise a solid product, from a solid company.

Works exactly as it should. The only improvement I could recommend would be to offer a hex nut instead of the flat sided ring nut.

This is perfect for using in custom DIY box mods. No more having to worry about the hole clearance and press fitting the connector.

needed some extra clearance so that my 510 connector wouldn't get messed up. This fit the bill perfectly and is well constructed.

I ordered two of these one for my proveri and the other for my Silver bullet. Both with the HH 357. Not only did these connectors along with the drip shields help my mods look cooler. But thay work like work like a charm, fit perfectly,and are up to my high standards. Thanks again Avid Vaper.

When I got my drip shield at VapeFest, I went ahead and got the 510-901 / 901-510 adapters they were selling too. I wasn't completely happy with the excessive length that they created so I started looking around and found these. This makes the 510 pretty damn close to the length of a 901 and the drip shield fits perfectly now. I highly recommend these to anyone using a DS on a 510.
